3. Installation Instructions:
3.1 Tag Installation Methods:
- Method 1: Sew directly onto clothes or fabrics.
- Method 2: Sew onto a hop-pocket first, then attach the hop-pocket to clothes or fabrics.
- Advantages: When the fabric reaches the end of its life, the hop-pocket can be removed and reused on new fabrics, reducing costs.
- Disadvantages: Installation may be more complicated.
- Method 3: Use an ironing method to attach the tag directly to clothes or fabrics. Note that the iron must meet specific requirements, and it should be verified whether the clothing or fabric supports ironing.
3.2 Tag Installation Location:
- For personal management applications: Install the tag at the seam between the shoulders and arms.
- For hotel towels and bed sheets: Install the tag at the corners.
- For fabric production tracking: Place the tag at the corners.
3.3 Tag Polarization Orientation:
- If the reader’s antenna uses standard circular polarization, you don’t need to worry about polarization orientation—install the tag directly.
